This program can be used with or without headphones.  It is best used in a quiet environment whilst sat comfortably watching the screen.  This will induce a relaxed and meditative state quickly.  

As you go into a deep hypnotic trance state you will see relevant hypnotic commands. All the hypnotic commands are in English.

Regular use of this program is recommended to achieve your goal.
